I’ve been interested in mechanics since I was young, often annoying my parents by dismantling my toys (and anything else I could find) to see how they worked rather than just using them. Years ago, when I was hired by my city’s Buildings Maintenance department, I knew I had discovered my passion.

My inherent mechanical curiosity and relentless desire to learn enabled me to sharpen my skills rapidly, eventually becoming Head Maintenance Engineer, where I excelled.

I have managed several maintenance departments for various property management companies, assisting them in restructuring their operations and enhancing tenant/landlord relations through improved communication, organized work orders, preventative maintenance, and effective issue resolution.

With the support of my amazing family, I recently took the leap to start my own business, resulting in the establishment of Copp Home Improvement.
