From a young age, I have had a knack for mechanics, often driving my parents crazy by taking apart my toys (and anything else I could find) to understand how they worked rather than just playing with them. I found my calling many years ago when I began working in my city’s Buildings Maintenance department.

My mechanical curiosity and strong desire to learn helped me quickly develop my skills, and I advanced to the position of Head Maintenance Engineer, where I performed exceptionally well.

I have managed several maintenance departments for various property management companies, assisting them in restructuring their operations and enhancing tenant/landlord relations through improved communication, organized work orders, preventative maintenance, and effective issue resolution.

Recently, inspired by my supportive family, I followed my dream to launch my own venture, which led to the founding of Copp Home Improvement.
