Water supply systems utilizing copper and different PEX/plastic piping. Drainage systems in polyvinyl chloride, copper, cast iron, and ABS.

This includes work on: Baseboard, radiant heating or panel; moving fixtures, installing toilets, replacing faucets, freeze protection and repairs, water heaters, maintenance of oil-fired boilers, boiler swaps and installs, installing smart thermostats, etc..

Here are a few a few clarifications and details:

Clogged drains:
I work on small line or point-of-use clogs. I do not remove large blockages that affect multiple fixtures.

Gas installations:
I can replace any existing heat or hot water system (along with all the required connections) for an equal system; however, I lack a gas license. This means for a different type or new installation, a gas technician needs to verify proper sizing and hookups.

Forced-air heating systems:
With very few exceptions, I do not install these or make changes. I am able to service an oil-fired burner on an air system.

Air conditioning or split systems:
I cannot work with condensers.
