Located at 202 S Broadway in Larned, they offered reliable Maytag products, Motorola televisions, and Coleman HVAC systems, as well as service for all brands. They relocated to their present location at 622 Topeka Street in 1971. In 1977, Steven Lewis, their son, entered the business as an HVAC technician. Steven acquired the company from his parents in 2008 and rebranded it as Comfort Systems Inc. to reflect the growing emphasis on comfort and energy efficiency.
He is a licensed mechanical contractor and plumber in the State of Kansas. Steven is a certified home energy rater and has been affiliated with the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society since 1992. Additionally, Steven is NATE certified in duct installation and air distribution.
