Christine Lockard was employed by Young's, Inc. for twenty years and was part of the ownership. She was the Assistant Secretary of Young's, Inc. Board of Directors from the years 1976-1989, and subsequently was appointed as Secretary of the Board at Young's, Inc. from 1989 until 1992. At that point, she departed from Young's, Inc. and co-founded Lockard Inc. with Chuck. At Lockard Inc., Christine is responsible for the accounting department, Job Costing, payroll processing, tax management, and all other office operations.
