I started my plumbing journey thirty-five years ago with Morgan Plumbing & Heating Company. As I progressed to a master’s license, I sought new challenges, which I found by joining the esteemed Kansas City franchise, Roto Rooter. At Roto Rooter, I was able to create a plumbing department from the ground up, gaining expertise in corporate procedures and catering to a wide range of customers across the Metro area.

As I conducted plumbing training sessions for new employees at Roto Rooter, I deepened my expertise in various plumbing materials. After five years, motivated by a desire for more independence, I partnered with Bob Miller to co-found Morgan Miller Plumbing in 1997. We envisioned a company that emphasizes fairness and generosity for both employees and customers.

In 2003, Marine Corps veteran Michael Mansell founded Full Nelson Plumbing, driven by the belief that Kansas City residents faced unfair practices from plumbing services.
