My plumbing career began thirty-five years ago at Morgan Plumbing & Heating Company. As I progressed to a master’s license, I sought new challenges, which I pursued by joining the well-regarded Kansas City franchise, Roto Rooter. At Roto Rooter, I was able to create a plumbing department from the ground up, gaining expertise in corporate procedures and catering to a wide range of customers across the Metro area.

While instructing plumbing classes for new hires at Roto Rooter, I deepened my expertise in various plumbing materials. After five years, driven by a yearning for greater independence, I partnered with Bob Miller to co-found Morgan Miller Plumbing in 1997. Our shared vision was to build a company that prioritizes fairness and generosity towards employees and customers alike.

In 2003, Marine Corps veteran Michael Mansell founded Full Nelson Plumbing, driven by the belief that Kansas City residents faced unfair practices from plumbing services.

Shawn, who has spent his life in the Kansas City area and is a Marine Corps veteran, is a licensed Master Plumber.
