Mike Crosby, raised in the Kansas City area, completed his education at Bonner Springs High School in 1980. Mike and his wife Sandy have been together since high school. Inspired by his father-in-law, a plumber, Mike developed an interest in the trade. After completing four years of education at Plumbers Local 8, Mike earned his Journeyman's License and went on to receive his Master Plumber's License.

Mike worked an apprenticeship through A.D. Jacobson working on commercial plumbing. Later, he transitioned to residential plumbing and dedicated many years to the local market. Following a year as a Maintenance Supervisor at KU Medical Center, the opportunity arose for Mike to create his own business.

Mike founded Crosby Plumbing Inc. in 2003, he operated in new home builds and service areas. Mike continues to work in the field, offering extensive expertise from kitchen plumbing to large-scale sewer treatment plants. He has earned both Master Plumber and Med Gas certifications over the years.
