Mike Crosby, raised in the Kansas City area, completed his education at Bonner Springs High School in 1980. Mike and his wife, Sandy were high school sweethearts. Mike's father-in-law was a plumber and got Mike interested in the business. After 4 years of schooling through Plumbers Local 8, Mike graduated with a Journeyman's License and later obtained his Master Plumber's License.
Mike trained as an apprentice at A.D. Jacobson, specializing in commercial plumbing. He then moved into residential plumbing, gaining extensive experience in the local sector. After a year working as a Maintenance Supervisor at KU Medical Center, he saw a chance to launch his own business.
After starting Crosby Plumbing Inc. in 2003, he worked in new home construction as well as service. Today, Mike remains active in the field, bringing a wealth of experience from kitchen sinks to major sewer treatment facilities.
