Dale Osburn serves as our Master Plumber. Our team includes Journeyman Plumbers Philip Hewitt and Dustin Johnson. The offices are managed by Karen and Tasha McKeever. We are a small, close-knit team with a welcoming, family-oriented environment. Most of our customers have been with us since the start. We think this reflects our effort to treat our customers with the same care and respect we show each other.
In 1978, Karen Osburn received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Wichita State University. While completing her teaching degree, she managed administrative services for The Law Company, Inc. in Wichita. Following her teaching career at Wichita USD 259, she worked as a legal secretary at Kahrs, Nelson, Fanning, Hite & Kellogg. After launching A Good Plumber in 1998, she committed herself exclusively to her company.
