Mike Crosby grew up in the Kansas City area graduating from Bonner Springs High School in 1980. Mike and his wife Sandy have been together since high school. Mike's father-in-law, a plumber, sparked his interest in plumbing. Following four years of training with Plumbers Local 8, Mike graduated with a Journeyman's License and subsequently achieved his Master Plumber's certification.

He completed an apprenticeship at A.D. Jacobson focusing on commercial plumbing. Later, he transitioned to residential plumbing and dedicated many years to the local market. After a year working as a Maintenance Supervisor at KU Medical Center, an opportunity emerged for Mike to start his own company.

In 2003, Mike established Crosby Plumbing Inc., he worked in new home construction as well as service. Today, Mike remains active in the field, bringing a wealth of experience from kitchen sinks to major sewer treatment facilities.
