Mike Crosby grew up in the Kansas City area graduating from Bonner Springs High School in 1980. Mike and his wife Sandy have been together since high school. Mike's father-in-law was a plumber and got Mike interested in the business. After 4 years of schooling through Plumbers Local 8, Mike earned his Journeyman's License and subsequently achieved his Master Plumber's certification.

He completed an apprenticeship at A.D. Jacobson focusing on commercial plumbing. He then moved into residential plumbing, gaining extensive experience in the local sector. After a year working as a Maintenance Supervisor at KU Medical Center, the opportunity arose for Mike to create his own business.

Mike founded Crosby Plumbing Inc. in 2003, he operated in new home builds and service areas. Mike is still in the field today with a wide variety of experience ranging from your kitchen sink to the largest sewer treatment plant. Over the years, he has become not only Master Plumber certified but also Med Gas certified.
