Mike Crosby, a Kansas City native, graduated from Bonner Springs High School in 1980. Mike and his wife, Sandy were high school sweethearts. Inspired by his father-in-law, a plumber, Mike developed an interest in the trade. Following four years of training with Plumbers Local 8, Mike earned his Journeyman's License and subsequently achieved his Master Plumber's certification.

Mike worked an apprenticeship through A.D. Jacobson working on commercial plumbing. Later, he transitioned to residential plumbing and dedicated many years to the local market. After a year working as a Maintenance Supervisor at KU Medical Center, an opportunity emerged for Mike to start his own company.
