Situated at 202 S Broadway in Larned, they provided quality Maytag appliances, Motorola TVs, and Coleman heating and cooling systems, along with servicing all brands. They relocated to their present location at 622 Topeka Street in 1971. In 1977, their son, Steven Lewis, joined the business as an HVAC technician. Steven purchased the business from his parents in 2008 and changed the name to Comfort Systems Inc. to signify the shift towards comfort and energy efficiency.
He is a licensed mechanical contractor and plumber in the State of Kansas. He has received training as a home energy rater and has been a member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society since 1992. Additionally, Steven is NATE certified in duct installation and air distribution.
