Mike Crosby, raised in the Kansas City area, completed his education at Bonner Springs High School in 1980. Mike and his wife Sandy met in high school. Inspired by his father-in-law, a plumber, Mike developed an interest in the trade. After 4 years of schooling through Plumbers Local 8, Mike earned his Journeyman's License and later obtained his Master Plumber's License.

Mike worked an apprenticeship through A.D. Jacobson working on commercial plumbing. He then switched over to residential plumbing and spent many years in the local industry. Following a year as a Maintenance Supervisor at KU Medical Center, the opportunity arose for Mike to create his own business.

In 2003, Mike established Crosby Plumbing Inc., he engaged in both new home construction and service work. Mike continues to work in the field, offering extensive expertise from kitchen plumbing to large-scale sewer treatment plants. Over the years, he has become not only Master Plumber certified but also Med Gas certified.
