Mike Crosby grew up in the Kansas City area graduating from Bonner Springs High School in 1980. Mike and his wife, Sandy were high school sweethearts. Mike's father-in-law was a plumber and got Mike interested in the business. After 4 years of schooling through Plumbers Local 8, Mike received his Journeyman's certification and later obtained his Master Plumber's License.

Mike trained as an apprentice at A.D. Jacobson, specializing in commercial plumbing. Later, he transitioned to residential plumbing and dedicated many years to the local market. Following a year as a Maintenance Supervisor at KU Medical Center, the opportunity arose for Mike to create his own business.

After starting Crosby Plumbing Inc. in 2003, he engaged in both new home construction and service work. Mike is still in the field today with a wide variety of experience ranging from your kitchen sink to the largest sewer treatment plant. Throughout the years, he has achieved Master Plumber certification and Med Gas certification.

I was hired by a plumbing service company in Kansas City, where I handled repairs and replacements, from underground sewer and water lines to toilet repairs and drain cleaning. My experiences alongside my father in the plumbing trade ignited a true passion for plumbing within me. The service and repair aspect of plumbing is far more fulfilling for me than new construction, as it involves diagnosing issues and finding effective solutions. At 34, I still have a passion for what I do!
