A medical recovery inspired a company built on gratitude.

During his career, Kalen Barker, a fourth-generation master plumber with 17 years of experience, was taken to the hospital by a colleague. He was soon discharged, with hopes that it was just a singular occurrence. Unfortunately, this began a two-year struggle with a nervous system condition that confined Kalen to a wheelchair.

In time, Kalen became less dependent on his wheelchair and returned to plumbing tasks.

After his recovery became known, Kalen's wife Stephanie inspired him to create a business to celebrate their regained health.
