Before my wife and I started this venture, I worked at a local plumbing firm and realized it was time to prioritize customer satisfaction and become my own boss. I enjoyed installing sump pumps from the ground up, breaking concrete, and excavating dirt to create the pit, then assembling the sump pump and piping. I’m Chet Van Sickle, a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served one tour in Afghanistan.
