Mike Crosby, a Kansas City native, graduated from Bonner Springs High School in 1980. Mike and his wife Sandy met in high school. Inspired by his father-in-law, a plumber, Mike developed an interest in the trade. Following four years of training with Plumbers Local 8, Mike earned his Journeyman's License and subsequently achieved his Master Plumber's certification.

Mike worked an apprenticeship through A.D. Jacobson working on commercial plumbing. Later, he transitioned to residential plumbing and dedicated many years to the local market. After a year working as a Maintenance Supervisor at KU Medical Center, the opportunity arose for Mike to create his own business.
