During his career, Kalen Barker, a fourth-generation master plumber with 17 years of experience, was taken to the hospital by a colleague. The hospital released him soon after, believing it was a one-time incident. Sadly, this led to a two-year battle with a nervous system disorder that left Kalen reliant on a wheelchair.

Eventually, Kalen found himself using the wheelchair less and was able to return to plumbing work.

After his recovery became known, Kalen's wife Stephanie inspired him to create a business to celebrate their regained health.

I began my journey in plumbing when my father took me on service calls as a child; I vividly remember handing him tools while holding a stuffed animal. Throughout my summers, I dedicated long hours to plumbing, but the highlight was seeing how my father cared for his clients. People appreciated him because he had a genuine concern for them.
