Mike Crosby, raised in the Kansas City area, completed his education at Bonner Springs High School in 1980. Mike and his wife, Sandy were high school sweethearts. Mike's father-in-law, a plumber, sparked his interest in plumbing. After 4 years of schooling through Plumbers Local 8, Mike earned his Journeyman's License and went on to receive his Master Plumber's License.

He completed an apprenticeship at A.D. Jacobson focusing on commercial plumbing. He then switched over to residential plumbing and spent many years in the local industry. After a year working as a Maintenance Supervisor at KU Medical Center, he saw a chance to launch his own business.

After starting Crosby Plumbing Inc. in 2003, he operated in new home builds and service areas. Mike is still in the field today with a wide variety of experience ranging from your kitchen sink to the largest sewer treatment plant.
