By 1995, we began working with industrial plants.
By 2005, our team grew to 17 installers and service personnel.
During that time, many industrial plants shifted operations overseas.
I decided to downsize our company and shift away from industrial work.
By 2008, nearly all factories had moved or shut down.
We shifted our focus from industrial HVAC to residential and commercial work.
We had diversified into various services, including heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical.
Today, we employ 10 staff members and have ventured into small remodeling and light excavation projects.

As I graduated high school, my father, who was in Africa working on oil infrastructure for Nigeria, recommended I explore a career in heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
I was drawn to mechanical work, and it seemed like an exciting field.
The challenge was obtaining a solid education, gaining experience, and finding opportunities in the field.
Eventually, everything aligned, and I enrolled in a small vocational school to study window units.
I realized I needed more knowledge and decided to attend Cincinnati Technical College.
I obtained an associate degree in mechanical engineering, graduating cum laude and second in my class.
I worked on a variety of projects in the Cincinnati area for the following eight years.
In 1992, I moved back to Indiana and started my own heating and air conditioning company.
Our focus was on creating and engineering energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions.
The systems we designed ensured uniform temperatures, were quiet, and worked effectively.

My expertise lies in plumbing! I have always sought to expand my skills and become familiar with various trades, so it was only natural for me to launch my own business.
