Jason joined the family business in 1995. After graduating from Boise State University in 1999, he has worked full-time at Palmer Backflow.

During the first 11 years, the company specialized in building projects until 2005, when he joined an organization called International Service Leaders; an association of contractors that convenes quarterly to exchange successful methods in customer care.

With the volatility of the construction field, he applied what he learned from ISL and revamped his strategy entirely. The focus of the company transitioned to catering to the local community directly. With a primary goal of customer satisfaction, the customer base expanded from hundreds to many thousands.

Keith grew up in a little town in the Midwest. In his early years, he dedicated a significant amount of time working under the guidance of his father remodeling homes. Under his Dad's patient mentorship that he learned various crafts along with a strong sense of responsibility.

In 1986, he completed his studies from a local college and subsequently complete a two-year course at an HVAC technical college.

By 1988, Keith legally began his career in HVAC. The first five years, he focused on installation and service. Before long established himself as a key employee and grew in multiple facets of the business. He found his niche in in-home sales and continued to refining his skills for an additional two years.

At the start of 1994, Keith grasped one of his goals and purchased Access Heating & Air Conditioning, a local heating and cooling business. Almost immediately applied his expertise to grow the operation. Keith has been at the helm of the crew at Access Heating and supporting Boise, Meridian, and the valley ever since.
