Jason joined the family business in 1995. He graduated from Boise State University in 1999 and has been working full-time at Palmer Backflow since then.

With the unpredictability of the construction field, he leveraged what he gained from ISL and overhauled his strategy entirely. Our focus shifted to supporting residential clients directly. With a primary goal of client happiness, our customer base increased from a few hundred to thousands.

Keith was raised in a little Midwest town. During his youth, he spent a significant part of his youth assisting under the guidance of his father updating houses. Under his Dad's thoughtful guidance that he learned various skills along with a solid commitment to hard work.

After high school, in 1986, Keith graduated from Emmaus Bible College and went on to complete a two-year training at an HVAC technical school.

After his training, in 1988, Keith formally began his journey in the HVAC industry. During the initial five years, he dedicated himself to installing and servicing. He quickly emerged as a valuable team member and developed in various aspects of the business. He moved into sales within homes and kept perfecting his skills for an additional two years.

In 1994, Keith took hold of one of his dreams and acquired Access Heating & Air Conditioning, a family-owned heating and air conditioning operation. He quickly applied his skills to grow the company. He remains at the helm of the team at Access Heating and serving Boise, Meridian, and the valley ever since.
