Since 1995, Jason has been involved in the family business. Following his graduation from Boise State University in 1999, he has dedicated himself to working full-time at Palmer Backflow.

During the first 11 years, we concentrated on building projects until 2005, when he became a member of an organization called International Service Leaders; a group of industry professionals that gathers quarterly to share successful methods in customer care.

In light of the volatility of the construction field, Keith utilized what he gained from ISL and overhauled his approach entirely. Our focus shifted to catering to homeowners directly. Aiming for customer satisfaction, we grew our clientele from a small number to many thousands.

Keith spent his childhood in a little Midwest town. In his early years, he dedicated a large amount of time working under the guidance of his Dad remodeling properties. Under his Dad's patient mentorship that he acquired several skills along with a strong work ethic.

Upon graduating in 1986, he completed his studies from Emmaus College and went on to enroll in a two-year program at an HVAC technical college.

After his training, in 1988, Keith legally began his journey in the HVAC industry. The first five years, he spent his time in the installation and maintenance of systems. In no time emerged as a key employee and expanded in various aspects of the operation. He transitioned into sales within homes and persisted in enhancing his talents for an additional two years.

In 1994, Keith seized one of his goals and acquired Access Heating & Air Conditioning, a small HVAC company. Almost immediately utilized his skills to develop the operation. He has been at the helm of the crew at Access Heating and supporting Boise, Meridian, and the valley ever since.
