By 1988, Keith formally kicked off his journey in the HVAC industry. The first five years, he spent his time in installing and servicing. In no time emerged as a key employee and grew in various aspects of the company. He moved into home sales and persisted in refining his abilities for another two years.

In the year 1994, Keith grasped one of his dreams and acquired Access Heating & Air Conditioning, a local heating and cooling business.
