Growing up in the plumbing business, Wayne Orr is Doug's son. Following high school, Wayne pursued both college education and a Plumber Apprenticeship program. After earning his degree, Wayne worked as a foreman, managing several significant construction projects in Miami. He later transitioned to the office as an Estimator/Vice President and took over the company in 2002.

Since 1986, Kevin Berounsky has been involved in the plumbing business as Vice-President and Owner. After completing his studies at Clemson University in 1994, Kevin started his career at Ferguson Enterprises in Atlanta. In 1999, he returned to Miami to assist in managing the family business.
