Wayne Orr, Doug's son, has been involved in the plumbing industry since childhood. After graduating high school, Wayne joined both college and the Plumber Apprenticeship program. Once he graduated, Wayne took on the role of foreman, leading many major construction projects in Miami. He later transitioned to the office as an Estimator/Vice President and took over the company in 2002.

Kevin Berounsky, the Vice-President and Owner, has been in the plumbing industry since 1986. After graduating from Clemson University in 1994, Kevin joined Ferguson Enterprises in Atlanta. He returned to Miami in 1999 to support the family business's operations. Today, Douglas Orr Plumbing is among the largest plumbing companies in the state of Florida.
