Wayne Orr, Doug's son, has been involved in the plumbing industry since childhood. After graduating high school, Wayne joined both college and the Plumber Apprenticeship program. After earning his degree, Wayne worked as a foreman, managing several significant construction projects in Miami. He later shifted to the office, becoming an Estimator/Vice President, and assumed control of the company in 2002.

Kevin Berounsky, the Vice-President and Owner, has been in the plumbing industry since 1986. After completing his studies at Clemson University in 1994, Kevin started his career at Ferguson Enterprises in Atlanta. In 1999, he came back to Miami to help run the family business.
