Liam's journey began in Dublin City, Ireland, where he was raised. Liam embarked on his plumbing career in 1979 as a young apprentice pipe fitter at just fifteen. In 1984, he moved to Australia, working as a pipe fitter in oil refineries and chemical plants. Liam further honed his skills in Holland and England, overseeing major projects before arriving in Orlando in 1990. He founded Emerald Plumbing in 1996. Thanks to his dedication and commitment to high standards, the company saw quick growth. Today, Liam views the business as a source of pride, much like a father with his child.

Born right here in the Conway area, Harvey and Marcia Baker completed from Boone in 1983, where they were young lovers. They tied the knot in March 1984, marking the beginning of their life together. In October 1984, they relocated to West Virginia to assist Harvey's grandfather. Moving back to Orlando in 1986, Harvey was employed as a heavy equipment operator while Marcia performed clerical work. In 1988, Harvey started working for Roto-Rooter. While at Roto-Rooter, Harvey earned his Florida Contractors Plumbing License. He left Roto-Rooter 13 years later for better opportunities.

In 1975, Frank Bracco established Modern Plumbing Industries, Inc., a family-operated business that originated from his car. Starting from this humble origin, we committed to offering high-quality products and services to the greater Central Florida community. In that first year, we had merely two clients, but by 1979, our workforce had grown to 10, and we were serving many customers in the Orlando area. That same year, we officially rebranded as Modern Plumbing and Irrigation and welcomed US Homes as one of our key clients.
