Brothers Richard (Rick) and Brandon Hume were raised in Massachusetts, where they grew up until the early 2000s.

Brandon transferred to Florida in the year 2004 to study at Florida Gulf Coast University, where he competed in golf and majored in finance. Meanwhile, Rick developed a passion for plumbing; he became his license as a Master Plumber in 2008 and initiated what would grow into PRO-TEC Plumbing, Inc.

After graduating from his studies, Brandon helped in digging Rick's first home project in the year 2009. He opted to join his brother permanently as the company's vice president in the year 2011, managing the office side of the operation.

The two have developed PRO-TEC Plumbing, Inc. from a tiny operation into PRO-TEC Plumbing, Water & Gas. But their philosophy remains the same: deliver superior customer service and generate results they would expect in their own properties.

Paul hails from Salem, MA. He started his journey as an apprentice plumber in 1989. After four years at Wakefield Vocational Tech School, he entered the plumbing workforce full-time and achieved his Journeyman Plumbing and Gas License. Eventually, he was promoted to Master Plumber in Massachusetts. Paul opened his own plumbing business, catering to both residential and commercial projects in the North Shore region.

In 2009, he relocated to Southwest Florida to be closer to family.
