During 1995, E.C. Stokes transferred control to Susan, his daughter, who had been with the company since 1983. Initially working as the front desk staff, she advanced her career becoming the financial manager, chief estimator, Vice President, and today serves as President and CEO. She received a state license for air conditioning back in 1989 as well as the plumbing license in 1992, establishing herself as the only female mechanical contractor in Palm Beach County. She has received several honors for her success as a leader of a woman-owned business and serving as a member of the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board between 1997 and 2002.
