Beginning her career as the receptionist, she worked her way up becoming bookkeeper, chief estimator, Vice President, and currently serves as President and CEO. She received the state air conditioning license back in 1989 and a plumbing license in 1992, becoming the sole female mechanical contractor in Palm Beach County. Susan earned many accolades for her achievements as a leader of a woman-owned business while also serving actively on the State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board for five years from 1997 to 2002.
