Beginning her career as a receptionist, Susan advanced her career to the financial manager, chief estimator, Vice President, and currently President/CEO. Susan obtained the state air conditioning license back in 1989 as well as the plumbing license in 1992, making her the first the first female mechanical contractor in Palm Beach. She garnered numerous awards for her success as a leader of a woman-owned business while also serving as a member of the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board between 1997 and 2002.
