In 1995, Sonny passed the leadership to his daughter, Susan, who had officially worked since 1983. Beginning her career as the front desk staff, she worked her way up to the financial manager, chief estimator, Vice President, and today serves as President and CEO. She received the state air conditioning license back in 1989 as well as a plumbing license in 1992, establishing herself as the sole female mechanical contractor in the county. Susan has received several honors for her success as a leader of a woman-owned business and serving on the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board for five years from 1997 to 2002.
