My journey in plumbing started when I joined a major plumbing company in Orlando, Florida in 1987. Within four years, I became the top revenue generator for Residential/Drain Cleaning and maintained that position for the next decade. I took on roles as Team Leader, Technician Trainer, and was the Troubleshooter for difficult drain cleaning jobs that other technicians and companies often left unresolved.

Throughout my 16 years, I was honored as Team Member of the Month several times a year and received numerous yearly accolades. I completed the Apprentice Plumbing Program at Seminole Community College, passed the state exam, and obtained my Journeyman Plumbing license in 1992. I was one of only three licensed plumbers among 35 technicians at the large plumbing company.

I successfully passed the two-day State Contractor Test on my first try and established Drain Doctor Plumbers Inc. in 2003.
