Liam's journey began in Dublin City, Ireland, where he was raised. Liam embarked on his plumbing career in 1979 as a young apprentice pipe fitter at just fifteen. In 1984, he moved to Australia, working as a pipe fitter in oil refineries and chemical plants. He also gained experience in Holland and England, managing large projects before settling in Orlando in 1990. In 1996, he established Emerald Plumbing. I entered the plumbing industry by working for a large plumbing company in Orlando, Florida in 1987. After four years, I emerged as the top revenue earner for Residential/Drain Cleaning and kept that title for the following ten years. I was promoted to Team Leader, Technician Trainer, and served as the Drain Cleaning Troubleshooter for challenging jobs that others often abandoned.

Throughout my 16 years, I was honored as Team Member of the Month several times a year and received numerous yearly accolades. I enrolled in the Apprentice Plumbing Program at Seminole Community College, passed the state examination, and received my Journeyman Plumbing license in 1992. I stood out as one of only three licensed plumbers out of 35 technicians at the major plumbing company.
