I founded Mike Phillips Enterprises initially as a lift station provider in 1994. I dedicated several years to learning and trained for my Master's Plumbing License. In August 2011, I achieved my state plumbing license and launched complete plumbing solutions. I came into this world in 1965 in Clarion, Pennsylvania to my mother and father, Waine and Bertha. I shifted to Ft. Wayne when I was two. I went to Wayne High School, where I graduated in 1984. I wed my high school sweetheart, Diane Phillips in 1983; we have shared 29 years of marriage. We have a daughter Ashley, who is 28, is now married and works as an assistant in orthodontics. We are blessed with a son, named Tyler, who is 18.
