The company relocated again in 1962 to new premises at 1365 Harlan Street. Up until then, the company concentrated on heating and sheet metal. In 1965, the company purchased land directly across from its location at 1370 Harlan Street. In 1966, a metal warehouse with a modest office area was constructed on this site. As new product lines were added, the company also grew its team. Reed is a Manager at the George T. Sanders Company.
