Originally from southern Illinois, I relocated to San Francisco in 1970, where I worked in the shipyards and the corporate moving sector from the late 1970s to early 1980s. I undertook my journeyman apprenticeship with a prominent plumbing firm starting in the mid-1980s, and I was employed there for eight years. Subsequently, I returned to the shipyards for a time, until I met someone special in 1991 when I encountered my best friend and the person I would love forever, and we settled in Longmont, Colorado. I was employed by the Boulder County Sheriff's Department and the local government of Longmont before I founded Drain Away. The rest is history.
