I hail from southern Illinois, I moved to San Francisco in 1970, where I worked in the shipyards and the moving industry from the late '70s to early '80s. I began my journeyman training with a local plumbing company starting in the mid-1980s, and I was employed there for eight years. Following that, I returned to the shipyards for a time, until I met someone special in 1991 when I met my best friend and the person I would love forever, and we relocated to Longmont, Colorado. I worked for the Boulder County Sheriff's department and the City of Longmont before before starting Drain Away. And that’s how it all began.
