William J. Cawley, III (Bill) is the President of Benicia Plumbing, Inc., overseeing new construction estimates and all company operations. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. Before joining Benicia Plumbing, Bill served as a Project Manager for two years at Brandt Engineering Co., Inc., a large commercial HVAC and plumbing firm in Dallas, Texas. In 1998, he became part of Benicia Plumbing, Inc., and has remained with the company since. He holds a California Contractor’s License with C-36 Plumbing and C-20 HVAC specialties and is an EPA Certified “Universal” refrigerant technician.

When not at work, Bill loves to spend time with his wife and four kids, volunteer at his church, and participate in shooting sports when he can.
