I am Raymond Gray, and plumbing runs in my family for generations. My great-grandfather and grandfather were pipe fitters who worked on military vessels for many years. While I didn’t enjoy plumbing at first, my upbringing in a struggling family compelled me to acquire a trade.

I dropped out of high school, earned my GED, and left home. In 2001, I started working alongside my dad once more. I launched A-1 Total Service Plumbing in 2004 and have never regretted it.
