In 1980, Ed succeeded Lloyd as the head of the business after Lloyd's retirement. Ed aspired to be the best while ensuring a high level of professionalism. He introduced clean trucks, uniformed technicians, friendly customer service receptionists, and a “nothing we can't do, and do well” attitude for the company.
