In 1965, after receiving his contractor's license, Lloyd moved to Thousand Oaks to launch Lloyd's Plumbing.

Lloyd stepped back in 1980, passing the reins to his son Ed. Ed was inspired to not only be the best but also to maintain professionalism. He established clean trucks, uniformed workers, friendly customer service, and a “we can do it all” philosophy for the business.
