Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas A & M University, Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. He worked for two years as a Project Manager at Brandt Engineering Co., Inc., a prominent commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor in Dallas, Texas. In 1998, he became part of Benicia Plumbing, Inc., and has remained with the company since. Bill possesses a California Contractor’s License with specialties in C-36 Plumbing and C-20 HVAC, and he is an EPA Certified “Universal” refrigerant technician.

In his free time, Bill cherishes moments with his wife and four children, serves in his church, and enjoys shooting sports whenever he has the chance.
