William J. Cawley, III (Bill) serves as the President of Benicia Plumbing, Inc., responsible for estimating new construction and overseeing company operations. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. Before joining Benicia Plumbing, Bill served as a Project Manager for two years at Brandt Engineering Co., Inc., a large commercial HVAC and plumbing firm in Dallas, Texas. Bill joined Benicia Plumbing, Inc. in 1998 and has been with us ever since. Bill possesses a California Contractor’s License with specialties in C-36 Plumbing and C-20 HVAC, and he is an EPA Certified “Universal” refrigerant technician.

In his free time, Bill cherishes moments with his wife and four children, serves in his church, and enjoys shooting sports whenever he has the chance.
