I, Bill Johnson, hold a plumbing contractor license with more than 19 years in the field in the Marin and Sonoma areas. I believe in traditional business practices - you call, I answer (or respond swiftly). Once we schedule a time, I come when we agreed, prepared to get to work. Simple!
