In 1995, Stan Kincannon established Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Lake and Mendocino Counties, initially as Super Rooter. As the years passed, Stan saw the benefits of becoming a franchisee, such as clear pricing, punctual service guarantees, outstanding warranties, and reliable customer feedback, prompting him to join the Clockwork Home Services family as a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchise in 2006.

Stan Kincannon hails from the plains of Northeastern Montana (brrr) and relocated to the Bay Area in 1981 to pursue his college education, graduating Cum Laude from John F. Kennedy University with a bachelor’s degree in Holistic Health in 1983. He pursued additional education in health, earning a Master’s Certificate from the Institute of Experiential Therapy. Stan is married and the proud father of two adult children.

Stan’s plumbing career kicked off in the autumn of 1988 at a plumbing wholesale distributor in San Francisco. He transitioned to the service and repair sector when he moved to Lake County in 1992. He established his business in 1995 and holds licenses for California General Contracting (B), Plumbing (C36), and Sanitation Systems (C42). My journey in plumbing started in 2004 and bring a broad range of expertise in residential and commercial plumbing. I excel at diagnosing plumbing challenges and developing the most economical and durable solutions, no matter the job size. I handle everything from leaks and drips (water, drain, gas) to repiping, fixtures, and remodels.

In 2010, I earned my C-36 plumbing license and operated a successful plumbing business in the Bay Area. In 2014, I relocated to Humboldt to serve as the RMO for a plumbing chain that had changed ownership and required a licensed professional. Witnessing the business practices in place and the original team disperse made me realize it was time to return to my roots. I wanted to provide quality workmanship, fair pricing, and authentic customer service.

My plumbing education began with a 900-hour training program in the Bay Area. I quickly became part of the ""commercial team"" at my first job, a first for that company. Years later, I understood that the ideal way to deliver great service at a reasonable cost was to create my own company. I created this company to serve as a local option against the larger plumbing corporations. My goal is to help my community while giving my customers a sense of a bygone era.
