He graduated with honors from PHCC trade school, John earned his California State Plumbing Contractor License. As his family and business grew, he recognized the need for a bigger location. In 1995, we relocated to La Verne, where we still serve our community. Shortly after, John decided to rebrand the company from A1 Quality to a name that better captured our down-to-earth, family-focused approach. In 2008, with the addition of his son Ian Dondalski as his apprentice, the name changed to Little John's Plumbing. We have been serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire regions.

John has over thirty years of experience in construction. He worked at a plumbing shop in Monrovia, California, from 1983 to 1990, where he honed his skills. He also enrolled in PHCC plumbing contractors school in Los Angeles, CA, during this period. John graduated with honors in 1989 and soon after passed the California State exam to obtain his Plumbing Contractor license. Afterward, he purchased his first home in Glendora, CA, and decided to start his own plumbing business to create a stable future for his family. In June of 1990, he launched A1 Quality Plumbing. Fast forward to 2008, after our move to La Verne in 1995, John's son Ian opted to become part of the family business. Wanting the company name to reflect its family-oriented nature, he opted to rename the company Little John's Plumbing. John has had the privilege of serving the local communities for more than 30 years, in plumbing and as a worship leader, where he plays drums and teaches drumming to kids in need.
