William J. Cawley, III (Bill) is the President of Benicia Plumbing, Inc., overseeing new construction estimates and all company operations. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A & M University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He worked for two years as a Project Manager at Brandt Engineering Co., Inc., a prominent commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor in Dallas, Texas. In 1998, Bill joined Benicia Plumbing, Inc., and has been a part of the team ever since. Bill possesses a California Contractor’s License with specialties in C-36 Plumbing and C-20 HVAC, and he is an EPA Certified “Universal” refrigerant technician.

In his free time, Bill cherishes moments with his wife and four children, serves in his church, and enjoys shooting sports whenever he has the chance.
