As President of Benicia Plumbing, Inc., William J. Cawley, III (Bill) manages new construction estimates and supervises all aspects of the business. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A & M University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Before joining Benicia Plumbing, Bill served as a Project Manager for two years at Brandt Engineering Co., Inc., a large commercial HVAC and plumbing firm in Dallas, Texas. Bill joined Benicia Plumbing, Inc. in 1998 and has been with us ever since. Bill possesses a California Contractor’s License with specialties in C-36 Plumbing and C-20 HVAC, and he is an EPA Certified “Universal” refrigerant technician.

When not at work, Bill loves to spend time with his wife and four kids, volunteer at his church, and participate in shooting sports when he can.
